When a martial arts class needs a coach, shout to people in range who match. First accept wins — you shake on the price.
Shout for cover
Gym posts what, where, when (up to six days ahead), what the class needs, and the offered price. Matching coaches get the shout. First accept locks it in.

Shake on it
When a coach accepts, gym and coach shake on the price. The coach keeps 100% of it; the gym pays a small Gio booking fee on top, shown before the shout goes out. Card held then — charged when the class is done.
Coaches nearby
Travelling coaches set a base and a radius — default ten miles. Arts and tags filter the shout. Coaches join free and keep 100%.
BJJ. Leg locks. Gi or no-gi. You pick what the class needs; Gio only shouts to coaches who fit — and every gym and coach is checked by hand before they join.
Built for the mat desk
